Section 1

General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 89bf ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at 89bf.net and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer games, promotions, and customer support features.

By accessing any part of the 89bf platform — whether by registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or simply browsing the site — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 89bf platform.

89bf reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. These Terms are written in English and the English version is the authoritative version in all circumstances.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

The 89bf platform is intended solely for adults. To register and use 89bf, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 89bf operates an 18+ only policy without exception. Gambling by minors is illegal and strictly prohibited on this platform.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual in a personal capacity and not on behalf of a third party or as a professional agent.

89bf actively enforces age verification. We reserve the right to request proof of identity and date of birth from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of any funds pending verification.

If 89bf discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the payment source used, and any winnings generated during the underage period will be forfeited in their entirety.

Section 3

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of services on the 89bf platform, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and belongs to you personally.

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on 89bf. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the individual will be suspended, bonuses will be voided, and any balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 89bf Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. 89bf will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to protect your credentials.

• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify 89bf support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

89bf operates a Know Your Customer process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations. As part of this process, you may be required to submit identity documents — such as a national ID, passport, or utility bill — before making withdrawals or when requested by the 89bf compliance team. KYC verification ensures that funds are paid only to the verified account holder and protects both the player and the platform against fraud and money laundering.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 89bf platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 89bf supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on your location and account status.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 89bf account instantly. Bank card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your card issuer.
• 89bf does not charge platform fees on deposits. Your payment service provider may apply their own transaction fees independently of 89bf.
• Funds deposited into your 89bf account must be used for gaming purposes on the platform. 89bf accounts are not to be used as a general financial holding service.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission for verified accounts. Unverified accounts must complete KYC before any withdrawal can be approved.
• Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering requirements.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits per day and per transaction are displayed within the cashier section of your account.
• 89bf reserves the right to request additional identity documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus play are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 5 before they become eligible for withdrawal.

Section 5

Bonus & Promotion Terms

89bf offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and T20 World Cup tournaments. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise in its own dedicated terms.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded on 89bf are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement specifies the total value of bets that must be placed before bonus funds or bonus-generated winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each individual bonus is stated clearly at the point of offer and in the promotion details page. Players are encouraged to read the specific terms of each bonus before claiming it.

• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds that expire before wagering requirements are fulfilled will be removed from the account.
• Different game categories may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.
• Bets placed using real-money balance are always settled before bets placed using bonus balance, unless the promotion states otherwise.
• 89bf reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion is detected in connection with a bonus claim.

General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player and per household unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent. They cannot be exchanged, sold, or gifted to another player.
• 89bf reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
• The use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is considered bonus abuse and will result in all accounts being suspended and bonuses being forfeited.
• If a player withdraws their real-money deposit before meeting bonus wagering requirements, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

Section 6

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 89bf platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, fair, and responsible manner at all times. The following obligations apply to every registered player and visitor to the platform.

Player Obligations

• Provide truthful, accurate, and current information at registration and update your details promptly if they change.
• Use the platform solely for personal entertainment and not for any commercial, professional, or business purpose.
• Comply with all applicable local laws regarding online gambling before using the platform.
• Use only payment methods that are registered in your own name and funded with money that is lawfully yours.
• Notify 89bf promptly if you become aware of any error in your account balance, game credits, or transaction records.
• Make use of the responsible gaming tools available in your account if you feel that your gambling habits are becoming problematic.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 89bf platform and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the platform's software, servers, or network infrastructure.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions to gain credits or winnings. Any winnings obtained through a technical error are void and must be returned.
• Laundering money or using the platform to conceal the origin of funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions, claiming multiple bonuses, or evading a self-exclusion.
• Impersonating any other person, including 89bf staff, in any communication on or relating to the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any member of the 89bf support team or any other player on the platform.

Section 7

Account Suspension & Closure

89bf reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity in connection with the account.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents when requested.
• Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 18.
• Identification of duplicate accounts associated with the same individual.
• Suspected use of prohibited software or collusion with other players.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal obligation requiring 89bf to do so.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their 89bf account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before closure is finalised, any verified account balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player's registered payment method. Bonus balances and wagering contributions will be forfeited upon voluntary closure. Accounts closed for responsible gaming reasons, including self-exclusion, are subject to the separate responsible gaming policy.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 89bf may notify the account holder before applying a monthly administration fee to the dormant account balance. Players are encouraged to log in periodically to avoid their account entering dormant status. Dormant accounts retain their full balance minus any applicable administration fees and may be reactivated by the verified account holder at any time.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

The 89bf platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 89bf makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any service, game, or content on the platform.

89bf shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to technical failures, unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials, interruption of service due to maintenance or factors beyond our reasonable control, or losses arising from your reliance on any information displayed on the platform.

89bf is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to: internet service outages, power failures, acts of government, natural disasters, or failures in third-party payment processing systems including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard network outages.

In all cases where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable Bangladeshi law, the maximum liability of 89bf to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the 89bf support team shall be subject to the jurisdiction as determined by applicable legal requirements. 89bf is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and efficiently. Players are encouraged to contact the support team in the first instance before pursuing any formal dispute resolution.
